Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the event listing or as required under applicable law.
Refund requests will be considered only in the following scenarios:
- Event cancellation by the organizer.
- Event rescheduling with an inability for the participant to attend the new date.
- Duplicate transaction or payment error.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
If an event is rescheduled, you may request a refund if you are unable to attend on the new date, provided you notify us within 5 days of the rescheduling announcement.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email kdrunners@gmail.com with the following details:

Full name
Registered email address
Order ID / Transaction ID
Reason for refund request

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the event date or the date of cancellation/rescheduling.

4. Mode and Timeline of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
We are not liable for any delay caused by the payment gateway or your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued for no-shows.
Refunds will not be provided for digital event access once the event has started.
Service fees, convenience charges, or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Transfer/Substitution Policy

If permitted, you may transfer your ticket or registration to another person by informing us at least 48 hours before the event.

7. Force Majeure

Events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, pandemic-related restrictions, or natural disasters, may result in event changes. In such cases, refunds will be handled at the discretion of the organizer.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
